Cops have a busy weekend around Antigo

There was quite the activity this past weekend for law enforcement officers, many of the incidents were alcohol related. A 29 year old Antigo man was arrested after a single vehicle accident Sunday, where alcohol may have been related. A 26 year old Antigo man was taken into custody after a traffic stop on Neva Road early Saturday. A traffic stop on Superior Street prompted the arrest of a 50 year old Antigo man. Three individuals were cited for underage drinking after police were tipped off about a party Friday night. There had been posts about the party on Facebook. The 3 whom received citations were between the ages of 16 and 19 from Antigo, Deerbrook and Wabeno areas. The party was in the Lily area. A 23 year old was arrested on a probation hold. A probation hold was ordered for a 30 year old man for consuming alcohol, which violated his probation. A 30 year old Elton man was arrested for drunk driving on Saturday night. Over three times the legal limit, he admitted to driving his girlfriend and 3 kids home from the fair. Two of the kids were riding in the bed of the truck. A 3 year old was in a child seat in the cab, but was not buckled in. He is expected to received charges of reckless endangerment of safety in addition to drunk driving. A family argument prompted a citation for a 56 year old man on Saturday. He was charged with disorderly conduct. A Milwaukee man is expected to be charged with possession of marijuana after he was seen in a vehicle with a young female at the White Lake Pavilion. The 22 year old had about 8 grams of marijuana and 3 pot pipes in his vehicle. A 17 year old was cited for retail theft from Mills Fleet Farm. Disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property charges were filed against an Antigo woman for an incident at a Nantasket Street residence. All of the people were found unharmed that had gotten lost in Crocker Hills and Langlade-Oconto County line wooded area. A group were on horseback in Crocker Hills and a hiking group were in the woods near Oconto County. Law enforcement helped with the search.

This mother should be charged with child abuse... for allowing a drunken jerk to drive her and her children around...and not buckled at all... she is JUST as bad as he is... has no brains...
