Warm Weather Provides Recreational Activities In Antigo

The weather is finally bearable and more people are enjoying the cities trails and parks. The Antigo Police Department would like to remind the community members that the cities parks can be enjoyed for the majority of the day, but do close at night. Most of the cities 18 parks have hours, and are open to the public from 7 a.m. until dusk. This includes the bike trail on Dump Road, and the unlit portions of the Spring Brook Trail in the city. The bathrooms at the parks that have them are un-locked from 7 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. even though the park may remain open until dusk.
