Spring banners going up in Antigo

Perhaps Todd Tatro and Ron Messer were being harbingers when they were putting up Antigo’s “spring” banners this morning. The two city of Antigo employees were making one of the many changes for the banners during the year, but there are few more welcome than those that mark the arrival of spring.
