Recent court activity in Antigo

A couple were charged after a traffic accident which stemmed from an physical fight, some disorderly conduct charges, criminal damage and other cases were heard in Langlade County court. After being taken into custody on Friday, Robert T. Pavek of Polar, age 50, had a bond set at $500 cash for charges of criminal damage to property and resisting or obstructing an officer. He is accused of trespassing & driving his car on a residential lawn in the town of Rolling and breaking an interior door handle on a squad car. His bond conditions include no consumption of alcohol and no possession of bath salts. Nathan R. Bailey Jr., age 22 of Deleglise Street, received a $3,000 cash bond for charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and 4 counts of bail jumping. He was allegedly found with syringes which he admitted to using to shoot up prescription drugs. Dylan J. Dahling of Berner Street, age 21 received a cash bond of $150 for charges of disorderly conduct. Jeremy J. Eslinger of Appleton, age 20, received a $1000 signature bond for bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia. A pot pipe was found in his vehicle during a traffic stop. A $1,000 signature bond was ordered for Sharon Resch of Fourth Avenue, age 62, for disorderly conduct, misdemeanor bail jumping and harassment-attempt physical contact. The incident involves a neighbor. Johnny M. Spencer of Mattoon, age 33, received a $500 signature bond for disorderly conduct. After an incident on Neva Road, police offered him a ride and an argument ensued. A $500 cash bond was ordered for Shade L. Kennicker of Tenth Avenue, age 19, for charges of disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, bail jumping, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She entered a plea of not guilty. A couple, who had gotten into a physical argument while traveling down the road, were both charged in court for criminal offenses. Lee D. Filtz of Crestwood Road, age 49 and Tina M. Lindemann of Seventh Avenue, age 46 were arrested on Friday night. The couple had been at a tavern in Lily, at which Ms. Lindemann claimed a guy was looking at her and she was upset that Mr. Filtz didn't start a fight with the man. While going down the road, she jerked the steering wheel, which sent the car into the ditch. At the same time, Filtz grabbed Lindemann by the throat, pinning her to the side door. The fighting continued after officers arrived. Filtz is charged with strangulation & suffocation, battery and a third offense of operating while intoxiated. Lindemann is charged with second degree reckless endangerment and battery. Filtz received a $500 cash bond and Lindemann received a $1,000 signature bond. Lindemann is jailed on a probation hold. The couple are ordered not to have contact with each other and not to consume alcohol. Not guilty pleas were entered for the following: Melissa A. Ross of Plattsburg St., age 37, for possession of drug parahpernalia. Tanya Menting of Center Street, age 26, for child neglect. Ricky R. Alexander of Lincoln Street, age 57, for disorderly conduct. Crystal S. Brewton of Lincoln Street, age 25, for possession of drug paraphernalia. Justin E. McGarry of White Lake, age 27, for 3rd offense of operating while intoxicated, driving after revocation, possession of marijuana, & possession of drug paraphernalia. Mary A. Shegonne of Crandon, age 22, for possession of marijuana & paraphernalia. Anthony Guarniere of Athelstane, age 48, for possession of marijuana & paraphernalia.
