Desmann J. Escalante of Keshena, 30, is charged with misappropriating ID information to avoid penalty, resisting or obstructing an officer, operating while intoxicated second offense, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration second offense and operating while revoked. The incidents occurred on December 5. An initial appearance is scheduled for January 20.

Gary R. Fleischman of Wilson Road, 45, is charged with operating while intoxicated seventh, eighth or ninth offense. The incident happened on December 23. An initial appearance is set for January 12.

Kevin J. Husnick of South Hudson Street, 32, is charged with two counts of felony bail jumping, which occurred on December 23. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Aaron P. Brewer of Sobieski, is charged with burglary into a building or dwelling. The incident happened in May of 2012. An initial appearance is scheduled for February 16.

Beverly J. Meyer of Dorr Street, 60, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse. Her next court appearance is scheduled for January 26.

Adam D. Johnson of Townsend, 28, is charged with possession of THC and drug paraphernalia, which happened on December 11. An initial appearance is set for January 26.
