Langlade County criminal court activity 09.22.2014.

Robert M. Archer of Elcho, 39, was fined $100 plus court costs for disorderly conduct.

Amanda L. Howard of Third Avenue, 27, received a bond reduction from $1,000 cash to $700 cash on charges of battery, disorderly conduct and misdeamnor bail jumping. Conditions of bond include no contact with the victim and no use of alcohol.

Tyler Ray Miller of State Road 64, 22, was fined $100 plus court costs for disorderly conduct. A charge of resisting or obstructing an officer was dismissed.

William E.T. Miller II of Polar Road, 32, received a fine of $100 plus court costs for disorderly conduct. A second charge of resisting or obstructing an officer was dismissed.

Andrew D. Gibney of Carley Road, 21, was sentenced to one year probation for an amended charge of possession of drug paraphernalia as a repeater.



New charges filed today:

Joshua J. Turcotte of County Road H, 25, is charged with possession of marijuana second or greater offense. His next court date is set for October 13.

Amber M. Rudolph of First Avenue, 27, is charged with retail theft and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. The offenses occurred on September 15.

Gerald Shuey of Countryside Illinois, 44, is charged with causing injury while operating under the influence, which happened on August 31. An initial appearance is scheduled for September 23.

Jeffrey C. Sickinger of Aniwa, 30, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia as a repeater. A status conference is set for October 13.

Kevin L. Schmidt of Lincoln Street, 51, is charged with disorderly conduct. His next court date is October 13.
