Langlade County criminal court activity 04.20.2015.

Dustin D. Davis, 26, of Lincoln Street, failed to appear in court on charges of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. A body-only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Melissa L. Madden, 23, of Mattoon, was fined $100 plus court costs for operating without a valid license second offense within three years. A two day jail term was already completed.

Dylan T. Madderom, 18, of Antigo, had bond set at $1,000 cash for a charge of battery by prisoners. He will return to court on June 1.

Kenneth D. Miller, 48, of Kaukauna, was sentenced to nine months jail with three years probation for operating while intoxicated fifth offense. He was fined $2,454. His drivers license was revoked for three years. He must install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year. Alcohol assessment with follow through was also ordered.

Edward L. Fleming, 60. formerly of Antigo, had bond set at $5,000 cash. He previously had a signature bond while in the care of a VA hospital, which he has now been released from. He is charged with first degree child sex assault and causing child under age 13 to view/listen to sexual act. A jury trial is scheduled to begin tomorrow, April 21.
