A few warrants were authorized, some signature and cash bonds were set in court today.
Cody T. Carter of Fifth Avenue, 23, failed to appear on charges of theft of movable property. He is currently in custody in Outagamie County Jail. A bench warrant was authorized for his arrest.
Gary J. Gomeyosh of Neopit, 40, failed to appear on a charge of operating while revoked. A warrant had already been issued due to a non-appearance for a previous court date. That warrant remains in place.
John R. Holsonback of Crandon, 44, entered a plea of not guilty on a charge of operating while revoked. He is scheduled to return to court on March 24.
Walter L. Kemp Jr. of White Lake, 54, received a cash bond of $1,200 with conditions of no use of alcohol and no driving without a valid license. He is charged with operating while intoxicated as a seventh, eighth or ninth offense, disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. His next court date is February 10.
Shannon P. Martin of Bowler, 35, received a $500 signature bond for charges of possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is scheduled to return to court on March 3.
Rosara Montanez of Lincoln Street, 31, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of disorderly conduct. As a condition of that bond she must not have contact with the victim. Her next court date is set for March 3.
Brittany M. Schroeder of Seventh Avenue, 23, had her bond set at $750 cash with conditions of no possession of controlled substances or drug paraphernalia. She currently has two cases open, which the bond applies to. She is charged with two counts possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, product or store methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and felony bail jumping. She is scheduled to return to court on March 3.
Michael John Spencer of Bryant, 41, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of disorderly conduct. He must not have any contact with the victim in the case. His next court date is set for March 10.
Christian T. Tipler of Green Bay, 23, received a $250 signature bond for a charge of fraud to an innkeeper (nonpayment). A condition of that bond includes no contact with America Best Inn. He is scheduled to return to court on March 17.

It is about time this girl was busted for her drugs. I wonder if her husband will now wake up, kick her -ss out so she is not near her children with her drugs and the strange guys she sleeps with, while her hubby is working to support her habits. Then again maybe he is a user also and doesn't mind her sleeping around. But to put her kids at risk with strange guys in her home, and them being users also!!!! Her children should be placed in protective custody.
