Matthew L. Hirman, 31, of Stevens Point, was sentenced to 45 days in jail for operating while intoxicated second offense. He was fined $1,615. His drivers license was revoked for 14 months. He must install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year. Alcohol assessment was also ordered.

Craig A. Clark, 36, of Third Avenue, received a 140 day jail term for operating while intoxicated fourth offense within five years. His drivers license was revoked for 28 months. He must install an ignition interlock device for one year. He must also go through alcohol assessment. In addition, he was sentenced to ten days in jail to run consecutively, for possessing marijuana as a second or subsequent offense. Charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration were dismissed.

Kyle L. Wickert, 28, of Iron Ridge, was ordered to serve 45 days in jail for operating while intoxicated second offense. He was fined $1,615. He must install an ignition interlock device for one year. His drivers license was revoked for 14 months. Alcohol assessment with follow through was also ordered.

Gregory P. Sikora, 50, of Bear Lake Road, received a six day jail term for attempted distribution of hazardous substance with abuse known. He was also fined $300.

Amanda J. Neumann, 27, of Elm Street, was sentenced to one year probation for disorderly conduct domestic abuse as a repeater.



New charges filed today:

Michael E. Frysinger Jr., 37, of Dorr Street, is charged with operating while revoked. The incident occurred on March 21. An initial appearance is scheduled for April 28.
