Langlade County criminal court activity 03.02.2015.

Adam D. Johnson, 28, of Townsend, received a $500 signature bond for charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. His next court date is March 23.

Jerry W. Meade, 56, of Neva Road, received a $1,000 signature bond for a charge of possession of marijuana. He is scheduled to return to court on April 6.

Cody J. Menting, 23, of Sixth Avenue, had bond set at $2,500 cash for charges of disorderly conduct domestic abuse as a repeater, strangulation and suffocation as a repeater, battery as a repeater, false imprisonment as a repeater, and criminal damage to property as a repeater. He will return to court on March 30.

Jason P. Behm, 33, of Clermont Street, failed to appear in court on a theft charge. A warrant with a $1,000 bond was issued.

Andrew J. Artymiuk, 49, of Park Street, was ordered to pay court costs for disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. A second disorderly conduct charge was dismissed.

New charges filed today:

Zachary W. Gerhartz, 23, of Green Bay, is charged with felony bail jumping as a repeater, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping as a repeater, possession of marijuana second or subsequent offense and possession of an illegally obtained prescription. The incidents occurred on February 27. His next court appearance is scheduled for March 16.

Robert A. Stanley, 26, of Pearson, is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping, operating without a valid license second offense within three years and resisting or obstructing an officer. He is scheduled to return to court on March 16.

Madison M. Hoffman, 27, of County Road S, is charged with operating while revoked and failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device. The incidents happened on February 27. Her next court date is March 16.
