Guy R. Smith, 56, of Sixth Avenue, was sentenced to one year probation for disorderly conduct. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and pay court costs. A misdemeanor bail jumping charge was dismissed.
Andrea M. Schuh, 30, of Appleton, received a one year probation term for two charges of misdemeanor bail jumping. She must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and pay court costs.
Martell J. Huber, 31, of West Allis, was sentenced to one year probation for a sex registry violation.
Desiree L. Pritchett, 19, of Tenth Avenue, was fined $100 plus court costs for disorderly conduct.
Christopher J. Wynos, 26, of Keshena, received a one year probation term for disorderly conduct as a repeater. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and court costs.
Derek J. Sparby, 24, of Marshfield, was sentenced to five months jail during a probation revocation hearing. He was convicted of theft and resisting or obstructing an officer.
Geoffery Banks, 31, of Clermont Street, received a ten month jail term during a probation revocation hearing. He was convicted of strangulation and suffocation and disorderly conduct. A 90 day jail term was also ordered and runs concurrent.
Eron W. Gorr, 33, of Weed Street, was ordered to serve a one year prison term with one year of extended supervision for possession of marijuana second or subsequent offense. He must undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through. He must also pay court costs.
Peter S. Beattie, 57, of Bryant, received a 90 day jail term with a $1,675 fine for operating while intoxicated third offense. He also must undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through. His drivers license was revoked for 26 months. He must install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year.
Ashley S. White, 25, of Crandon, was sentenced to nine months jail and three years probation for operating while intoxicated third offense. She was fined $1,959 and must undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through. Her drivers license was revoked for 26 months. She is ordered to install an ignition interlock device on her vehicle for one year. The three year probation term was also ordered for possession of marijuana second or subsequent offense and runs concurrent. She was fined $150 plus court costs for failing to install or tampering with ignition interlock device. Charges of possession of an illegally obtained prescription, operating while revoked and operating with a restricted controlled substance was dismissed.
Jeremy Walters, 32, of White Lake, received an 80 day jail term with two years probation for manufacturing or delivering marijuana and possession with intent to deliver marijuana. He was also fined $500 plus court costs. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a drug trafficking place and possession of an illegally obtained prescription were dismissed.
Aaron J. Bostwick, 19, of Fifth Avenue, was ordered to serve an eight month jail term during a probation revocation hearing. He was convicted of three counts of theft. He will receive credit for 89 days of time served.
Joseph J. Racine, 31, of Kronenwetter, received a two year probation term for two counts of felony bail jumping. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and counseling. He must also pay court costs.
Zachary T. Pomar, 22, of Forrest Avenue, was sentenced to six months jail for theft. He was also sentenced to sixty days jail for disorderly conduct, which has already been served. A two year probation term was ordered for felony bail jumping. He must undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and pay court costs. Restitution of $546 was ordered also.
