17 people attended an informational/discussion meeting about the county trail system. Jack Lake was a high point of discussion, including the conditions of the trail, and also the potential the trail has to succeed. Many members in the audience said the trails needed more volunteers on a consistent basis to keep them in peak condition.
They also discussed how to best allocate the county's resources to provide a quality cross country ski experience in Langlade County on all of the trail systems.
