U-S oil analyst Trilby Lundberg blames a jump in the price of crude oil for the recent rise in gasoline prices. He also says pump-prices could jump up to a dime in the near future, unless there's a significant drop in the price of crude. Here in Wisconsin, the Triple-"A" said the average price was 2.18-and-a-half cent per gallon today for regular unleaded. That's 12-cents higher than a week ago, but 1.09 cheaper than last year at this time. Lundberg says San Francisco has the highest price gas in the lower-48 states, at 2.59 per gallon.
