Helen Wanca is shutting down her very successful Advantage Realty, a business she created and nurtured for 15 years.
“Things do change,” Wanca said after the formal switch was completed to merge with Wolf River Realty last week.
Wanca explained that she has additional family responsibilities demanding her time, and at this point, the merger made sense. It allows her to contyinue in the real estate field and at the same time, to help and be with people she enjoys. It also lets her shed some of the duties that come with a busy real estate firm.
