Roger H. Stein of Gleason, 43, received a $1,000 signature bond for felony bail jumping, disorderly conduct, possession of firearm by felon, resisting/failing to stop/fleeing, resisting or obstructing an officer and battery. His next court date is December 8.

Robert J. Essert Jr. of Bryant, 47, received a $200 signature bond for a charge of intentionally mistreat animals. His next court date is December 22.

Daniel J. Flak of Elton, 45, received $1,000 signature bond in one case and $500 signature bond in another case, both for theft charges. His next court dates are January 26 and February 11.

Alex N. Hitz of First Avenue, 26, failed to appear in court on charges of misdemeanor bail jumping and operating while intoxicated second offense. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Logan A. Korbisch of Wausau, 30, failed to appear in court for charges of possessing an illegally obtained prescription and operating while revoked. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Levi B. Krimmer of Seventh Avenue, 18, failed to appear in court for a theft charge. A warrant was authorized with a $500 bond.

James R. McKellep of Birnamwood, 50, failed to appear on a charge of issuing worthless checks. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Daniel J. Pregler of Old 26 Road, 57, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of theft by false representation. His next court date is December 22.

Andrea M. Schuh of Appleton, 30, received a $500 signature bond for two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. A condition of bond is no use of alcohol. She is scheduled to return to court on January 5.

Robert A. Wearing of Third Avenue received a $500 signature bond for a charge of manufacturing or delivering schedule I, II narcotics. He is set to return to court on January 5.

Lucas J. Jahnke of Wausau, 36, was sentenced to nine months jail during a revocation hearing. He was convicted of retail theft. The sentence runs concurrent with the prison term that he currently serving.

11/19/2014 - Danielle M. Philipps of Clermont Street, 21, is charged with theft in business setting, which occurred on 09/01/2013. An initial appearance is set for December 15.

11/20/2014 - Chaun C. Le Sage of Townsend, 35, is charged with possession of marijuana second or greater offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating while revoked, failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device and felony bail jumping. Bond was set at $1,000 cash. A status conference is scheduled for December 29.

11/21/2014 - Stephanie A. Landwehr of Merrill, 24, is charged with three counts of retail theft. A $300 bond was paid. Her next court date is December 8.

Casey Jean Welch of Gleason, 34, is charged with three counts of retail theft and operating while revoked. A $300 bond was paid. She is also scheduled to return to court on December 8.

Adam Jay Marten of Fifth Avenue, 24, is charged with manufacture or deliver marijuana, contributing to truancy, intentionally contributing to delinquency of child, resisting or obstructing an officer, first degree child sex assault intercourse with person under 16 with violence or threat of force, possess drug paraphernalia and child enticement sexual contact. Bond is set at $100,000 cash. His next court date is December 29.

Today 11/24/2014 - Tyler J. Brand of Wild Rose, 20, is charged with three counts of possession of child pornography and felony bail jumping. The incidents occurred on 01/01/2014. A court appearance is set for January 26.

Jordan J. Bessert of Carley Road, 31, is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.

Peter S. Beattie of Bryant, 56, is charged with operating while intoxicated third offense.
