Wayne R. Wheelock of Neopit, 60, was sentenced to nine months jail and three years probation for operating while intoxicated fifth offense. He was also fined $2,452 and must undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through. His drivers license was revoked for 36 months.
Timothy L. Teetzen of Shawano, 47, received a sentence of 45 days in jail and two years probation for third offense operating while intoxicated. His drivers license was revoked for 26 months. He was also fined $3,111 and must install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year. Alcohol assessment was also ordered.
New charges filed today:
Christopher J. Koch of Green Bay, 19, is charged with operating while revoked. The incident occurred on 10/12/2014.
