Langlade County criminal court activity 11.07.2014, including many jail terms ordered for non-payment of fines.
Arlie J. Balthazor of Embarrass, 46, was ordered to serve 40 days jail for failing to pay a fine of $399 for operating while revoked.
Clayton D. Collins of Mondovi, 33, was ordered to serve 50 days jail time for failing to pay a fine for misdemeanor bail jumping. The remaining fine amount is $488.
Bernard E. Gauthier of Suring, 51, failed to pay a fine for operating while intoxicated fourth offense with a passenger under the age of 16. The court ordered a 60 day jail term. The unpaid fine amount is $2,180.
Carlos Jimenez of Schofield, 33, was ordered to serve 60 days jail for failing to pay a fine for operating without a valid license third offense within three years. The unpaid fine amount is $1,423.50.
Joshua L. Mathis of Polar, 31, was fined for misdemeanor bail jumping and failed to pay that fine. The court ordered 60 days jail for the remaining amount of $731.00.
Jacob M. Randall of Ninth Avenue, 20, failed to pay a fine for possessing drug paraphernalia. The court ordered a 30 days jail term for the remaining amount of $119.00.
Michael J. Spencer of Bryant, 41, failed to pay $241.00 on a fine for disorderly conduct. The court ordered a 25 day jail term.
Chase R. Tucker of Deleglise Street, 27, was ordered to serve a 15 day jail term for failing to pay $174.00 on a disorderly conduct charge.
Anthony B. Vest of La Crosse, 49, failed to pay a fine for battery to prisoners. The court ordered a 25 day jail term for the remaining $263.00.
Rosemary Xiong of Bryant, 33, was ordered to serve 50 days jail for failure to pay a fine for possession of narcotic drugs and possession of controlled substance. The unpaid amount is $363.00.
Paul R. Zeise of Gillett, 29, failed to pay $610 on a fine for operating while revoked and failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device. The court ordered a 60 day jail sentence.
Jay T. White Sr. of Crandon, 40, was sentenced to six months jail during a revocation hearing. He was convicted of issing worthless checks. He will receive credit for 157 days of time already served.

Jamie Lynn Reynolds of Third Avenue, 35, is charged with possession of narcotic drugs as a second or subsequent offense. The incident occurred on 09/01/2014. An initial appearance is scheduled for November 17.
Derrick M. Packard of Wausau, 25, is charged with possessing drug paraphernalia and possessing marijuana. The incidents happened on October 30. An initial appearance is set for November 17.
Autumn Jackson of Pearson, 20, is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping and operating without a valid license third offense within three years. Her initial appearance is scheduled for November 10.
Enrique N. Becerril of Wittenberg, 36, is charged with operating without valid license second offense within three years, which happened on October 30.
Walker J. Jankowski of Highway 45, 20, is charged with operating while revoked on October 30. His initial appearance is set for December 2.
