Brandon E. Jensen of Fifth Avenue, 20, received a reduction in bond from $10,000 cash to $2,000 cash. He is charged with having sex with a child age 16 or older, exposing genitals, pubic area or intimate parts to a child, child enticement by exposing genitals, pubic area or intimate parts and incest with a child. Conditions of bond include no contact with the victim, no presence in public parts, school or school grounds, no unsupervised contact with minor females. He is scheduled to return to court on November 10.
New charges filed today:
Norman Mason of Seventh Avenue, 43, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse and false imprisonment. His next court appearance is set for November 3.
Lonny J. Stoltz of Eland, 63, is charged with two counts of retail theft. The incidents occurred on October 15 and October 20. An initial appearance is scheduled for November 3.
