Efrain C. Perez of Clermont Street, 41, received a reduction in bond from $25,000 cash to $15,000 cash. He is charged with second degree sex assault of an intoxicated victim and theft. His next court date is November 17.
Adrian Ploeger of Pearson, 17, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of possessing a switchblade knife. As a condition of bond, he is not to have possession of knives. His next court appearance is set for November 17.
Michael R. Wedemayer of Morse Street, 46, had bond set at $2,500 cash for charges of operating while intoxicated fifth or sixth offense, felony bail jumping, possession of marijuana second or greater offense and two counts of operating while revoked. Conditions of bond include no use of alcohol, no driving without a valid license and no presence in taverns. He is scheduled to return to court on November 17.
New charges filed today:
Matthew J. Howard of East Eighth Avenue, 24, is charged with disorderly conduct as a repeater. His next court appearance is set for December 8.
Harold N. Matthews of Tenth Avenue, 23, is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping, which occurred on October 5. An initial appearance is scheduled for November 17.
