Joaquina Arcos-Lopez of Forrest Avenue, 30, was fined $100 plus court costs for operating without a valid license second offense within three years.
Tiburcio Martinez of Seventh Avenue, 37, was sentenced to serve five days in jail for operating while revoked. He must also pay a $100 fine plus court costs.
Dustin L.T. Landwehr of Plover, 33, received a two year prison sentence with 1 1/2 years of extended supervision for possession with intent to deliver amphetamine as a repeater second or greater offense. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through. Charges of possession with intent to deliver cocaine as a repeater second or greater offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while revoked were dismissed.
New charges filed today:
James R. McKellep of Birnamwood, 50, is charged with issuing worthless checks. The offense occurred on August 20. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
