Jordan J. Bessert of Carley Road, 30, failed to appear in court for a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Crystal A. Ross of South Superior Street, 20, was sentenced to twelve months in jail during a probation revocation hearing. The original charges were misdemeanor bail jumping, criminal damage to property, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony bail jumping, disorderly conduct, endangering safety with use of dangerous weapon, possession of a hazardous substance with intent to abuse. Multiple jail terms were ordered, but, all run concurrent. She also has two open cases where she is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possessing drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer and receiving or concealing stolen property.

William M. Dunifer of Deerbrook, 44, was fined $100 plus court costs for possession of marijuana. A charge of possessing drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Brian E. Loring of Waunakee, 30, was sentenced to one year probation for an amended charge of possession of marijuana. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.

Elizabeth J. Ball of Fifth Avenue, 29, was fined $50 plus costs for disorderly conduct.
