Langlade County criminal court activity 09.18.2014.

Brett M. Henckel of Summit Lake, 47, was fined $50 plus court costs for an amended charge of disorderly conduct. The original charge was theft of video service -connection.

Joshua J. Maddix of Dorr Street, 37, was sentenced to 45 days jail and two years probation for manufacturing or delivering schedule I, II narcotics. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.

Dominic A. Bellomy of Mole Lake, 23, was placed on probation for two years due to a deferred prosecution for burglary. He was sentenced to serve six months jail for two other charges. Time has already been served.

Matthew J. Howard of Marshfield, 23, was ordered to serve 20 days jail and two years probation for burglary. He must also pay restitution of $1,197. Charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct were dismissed.

Frank E. Wozniak of Mattoon, 28, was ordered to state prison during a probation revocation hearing. He received a one year prison sentence with two years of extended supervision for forgery. He was also sentenced to one year prison and two years extended supervision for felony bail jumping. The sentences run concurrent. A nine month jail term was ordered for possession of hazardous substance with intent to abuse, credit for time served completes that sentence.

Nicholas J. Winters of Ackley Street, 33, was sentenced to one year in state prison with one and a half years extended supervision for manufacturing or delivering marijuana.

Anthony J. Flasch of North Avenue, 29, received a one year probation term for disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. A misdemeanor bail jumping charge was dismissed.

Dawn K. Dieck of Aniwa, 47, was sentenced to probation during a revocation hearing. She was ordered to serve two years probation for felony bail jumping and in a separate case possession with intent to deliver prescriptions. A 29 day jail sentenced was ordered but time has already been served.

Joel D. Kolb of Elk Mound, 23, was ordered to serve 189 days in jail for theft. The time has been served.

James A. Steber of Green Bay, 47, received a 45 day jail sentence for operating while intoxicated third offense. His drivers license was revoked for 24 months. He was fined $1,231. He must undergo alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year.
