Langlade County criminal court activity 09.08.2014.

Joshua D. Micke of Second Avenue, 32, failed to appear in court for a charge of disorderly conduct domestic abuse repeater. A body only bench warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Brandon W. Neemann of Antigo, 23, received a $5,000 signature bond for three charges of possessing child pornography. Conditions of bond include no use of internet and no contact with minors. He is scheduled to return to court on October 10.

Lisa A. Perry, currently in Langlade County Jail, 36, received $1,000 signature bond for four counts of fourth degree sexual assault. Her next court date is September 29.

Cassandra M. Wildman of Deleglise Street, 27, had bond set at $500 cash for felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct domestic abuse. She is scheduled to return to court on September 22.

Justin J. Wright of Marathon City, 34, received a $1,000 signature bond for charges of retail theft and felony bail jumping. His next court appearance is set for October 20.

Arthur J. Smith of Caddott, 62, was fined $100 plus costs for theft.

New charges filed today:

Shannon L. Maddix of White Lake, 48, is charged with felony bail jumping and knowingly violating a child abuse injunction. $1,000 bond was paid. A status conference is set for September 17.

Cole W. Karnitz of Bryant, 29, is charged with operating while intoxicated fourth offense within five years, operating while revoked, failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device and misdemeanor bail jumping. He is scheduled to return to court on October 20.

Rodney A. Ingalls of Aniwa, 52, is charged with operating while revoked, failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device and resisting or obstructing an officer. A status conference is set for October 20.

Gerald N. Spencer of Wilson Street, 37, is charged with operating while revoked.

Mistayia L. Brunette of Eagle River, 27, is charged with operating while revoked.
