Langlade County criminal court activity 08.11.2014.
William M. Dunifer of Deerbrook, 44, failed to appear in court for charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A warrant with $500 cash bond was authorized.
Mary M. Yarie of Trout Road, 48, was fined $50 plus court costs for an amended charge of disorderly conduct as a County ordinance. The original charge was disorderly conduct domestic abuse.
Amanda M. Bocek of Pickerel, 32, was fined $100 plus costs for an amended charge of disorderly conduct County ordinance. She was originally charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
New charges filed today:
William C. Drewek of Bryant, 32, is charged with six counts of possessing a firearm by felon. He is scheduled for court on August 18.
Robert J. Beattie of County Road HH, 31, is charged with manufacturing or delivering marijuana, second degree recklessly endangering safety and possession of drug paraphernalia. The incidents occurred on August 5. His next court date is set for August 18.
Molly M. Rustick of County Road HH, 22, is charged with manufacturing or delivering marijuana, second degree recklessly endangering safety and possession of drug paraphernalia, which happened on August 5. Her next court date is August 25.
Nicholas J. Winters of Ackley Street, 33, is charged with manufacturing or delivering marijuana, which occurred on August 5. He is scheduled to return to court on September 8.
Christopher J. Henke of Western Avenue, 46, is charged with possessing a firearm by felon, which occurred on July 16. An initial appearance is set for August 18.
Vicki L. Dobratz of County Road F, 59, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident happened on August 5. Her next court appearance is scheduled for September 8.
Susan P. Richardson of Appleton, 56, is charged with operating while intoxicated third offense, which happened on July 19. A bond amount of $850 was paid. An initial appearance is set for August 12.
