Langlade County criminal court activity 07.30.2014.

Daniel F. Krueger of Watson Street, 52, was sentenced to 170 days in jail for operating while intoxicated fourth offense. He was also fined $1,920 and must undergo alcohol or drug assessment and install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year. His drivers license was revoked for 30 months. Charges of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a controlled substance and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration fourth offense were dismissed.

Robert J. Bateman of Eagle River, 29, received a sentence of two years probation for possession of marijuana and resisting or obstructing an officer. An additional resisting/obstructing charge and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Dale R. Bauknecht of Sunnyside Road, 55, was sentenced to two years probation and 30 days time served for possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor bail jumping. Two drug paraphernalia charges were dismissed.

Matthew R. Becker of Elcho, 47, received one year deferred judgment for possessing a firearm as a felon.

Brenda J. Whitman of Seymour, 49, was ordered to serve 90 days in jail and two years probation for operating while intoxicated causing injury second offense. Her drivers license was revoked for three years and she was fined $1,250.

New charges filed today:

Gary A. Piskula of Fourth Avenue, 64, is charged with operating while intoxicated fifth or sixth offense, operating while revoked and failing to install or tampering with ignition interlock device. His bond is set at $2,500 cash with conditions of no use of alcohol and no driving without a license. He is scheduled to return to court on August 4.
