Alice L. Boyd of Shawano, 51, failed to appear in court on a charge of possession with intent to deliver prescriptions. A body only warrant was authorized for her arrest.

Brittany A. Devos of Phelps, 19, received a bond reduction from $2,000 cash to $500 cash for charges of second degree sexual assault of a child and resisting or obstructing an officer. Conditions of bond include no contact with the victim and no contact with minor males. Her next court date is set for August 25.

Tami R. Jackson of Ninth Avenue, 41, received a $500 signature bond for charges of resisting or obstructing an officer and receiving or concealing stolen property. Her next court date is scheduled for August 25.

Cody J. Menting of Wilson Road, 22, received a reduction in bond from $2,500 cash to $2,500 signature for a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine. He is scheduled to return to court on August 25.

New charges filed today:

William E.T. Miller II of Polar Road, 32, is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer, which occurred on July 18. An initial appearance is scheduled for August 18.

Tyler R. Miller of State Road 64, 21, is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer, which happened on July 18. An initial appearance is set for August 18.

Joshua J. McClellan of Sixth Avenue, 37, is charged with disorderly conduct. The incident occurred on July 23. His initial appearance is scheduled for August 18.

Marissa M. Tietsort of Aniwa, 24, is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping, possession of controlled substance and possession of an illegally obtained prescription. The offenses happened on July 19. Her initial appearance is set for August 7.

Sierra I. Bula of Highway 45, 17, is charged with theft, which occurred on July 16. Her initial appearance is scheduled for August 18.
