A few cases were resolved, some with jail time, a warrant issued and few new charges filed.
Chelsey M. Noel of Bryant, 30, was ordered to serve 20 days in jail and two years probation for charges of manufacturing or delivering marijuana, misdemeanor bail jumping and possession of marijuana.
Jaden L. Boodry of Wausau, 36, was sentenced to 15 days in jail and one year probation for disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Charges of battery to law enforcement, battery and criminal damage to property were dismissed.
Rodney C. Olson of Sixth Avenue, 51, was ordered to serve 20 days in jail for possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense. Charges of criminal trespass to dwelling and disorderly conduct were dismissed.
Elmira J. Corn of Keshena, 23, failed to appear on a charge of retail theft. A body only warrant was authorized for her arrest.
James J. Pendleton of Weed Street, 25, was ordered to serve 7 months in jail for a probation revocation on a charge of misdemeanor bail jumping. Other cases and charges were also involved, but, revocation time has already been served on those.
Carl D. Christjohn of Bryant, 48, was sentenced to 6 months in jail and two years probation for a fifth offense of operating while intoxicated. His drivers license is revoked for 36 months. He must install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year. He was also fined $1,231 and must undergo alcohol or drug assessment and follow through.
Brittany N. Tietsort of County Highway I, 22, received one year probation for theft. A probation revocation hearing was held on a separate case where a deferred prosecution is now one year probation for possessing a hazardous substance with the intent to abuse. She was also ordered to local jail for seven months and 15 days for neglecting a child. Credit of 135 days will be applied. In a separate case, she was sentenced to one year probation for resisting or obstructing an officer. That probation term runs concurrent with others.
Lorene M. Pollitt of White Lake, 35, was fined $100 plus court costs for possession of marijuana. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
James T. Zeise of Fourth Avenue, 29, received a sentence of 2 years probation for possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense and misdemeanor bail jumping. An additional count of misdemeanor bail jumping and possession of an illegally obtained prescription were dismissed.
New charges filed today:
David A. Smith Jr. of Wausau, 17, is charged with causing a child under 13 to view or listen to a sexual act, cause a child age 13 to 18 to view sexual activity and two counts of exposing gentials to a child. The offenses date back to August 1, 2012. An initial appearance is scheduled for June 23.
Paula M. Hartwell of Ninth Avenue, 54, is charged with possessing an illegally obtained prescription and possessing drug paraphernalia. Her next court date is set for July 7.
