Jury rules man guilty of alcohol count

Langlade County District Attorney Ralph Uttke said today that he is considering pressing an additional charge, specifically perjury, against an Elton man who testified on his own behalf at trial Wednesday on counts linked to an incident last summer. Judge Fred Kawalski set a sentencing hearing on May 12 for 38-year-old Nathan E. Manning on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated while accompanied by a minor child as well as an amended count of child neglect. Full story: Antigo Daily Journal
