Langlade County criminal court activity for April 4, 2014. New cases filed also.
Zachary J. Duranceau of Ringle, 32, was ordered to serve 14 days in jail and 2 years probation for bail jumping and disorderly conduct. A 2 year deferred prosecution was ordered for felony bail jumping. A charge of strangulation and suffocation was dismissed. He is also required to complete 80 hours of community service.
Eric Bradley Wetzel of White Lake, 50, was sentenced to 6 months probation for criminal damage to property. He must also pay restitution. A charge of possessing a firearm as a felon was dismissed.
New cases filed today:
Justin H. McAbee-Jensen of Fifth Avenue, 23, was charged with disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping. The incidents occurred on 04/03/2014. An initial appearance is set for April 7.
Kristin D. Murray of Virginia Street, 22, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping. The incidents happened on 04/03/2014. She is scheduled to return to court on April 7.
Janee L. Van Zile of Milwaukee, 35, was charged with obtaining a prescription drug with fraud on 02/14/2014.
