A prison sentence was ordered for a White Lake man. Other jail sentences were also ordered.
Raschid S. Olsen of Las Vegas Nevada, 44, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, 26 months drivers license revocation, 1 year of ignition interlock device installed, alcohol and drug assessment with follow through and a fine of $1,760 for a third offense of operating while intoxicated. A second count of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration as a third offense was dismissed.
Michael A. Gnacinski of Crandon, 34, received a sentence of 90 days jail and 1 year probation for battery to a law enforcement officer, fire fighter or commission warden.
Randy L. Aiuppy of White Lake, 59, was sentenced to 4 1/2 years in prison with 3 years extended supervision for manufacturing or delivering heroin. He will receive credit for 492 days already served. In a separate case he was sentenced to 2 years confinement, which runs concurrent. Restitution was also ordered to be paid.
Joellen A. Wissbroecker of Superior Street, 18, received a sentence of 1 year probation for disorderly conduct. She must also undergo counseling. If probation is successfully completely, the case may be expunged.
