Elcho Emergency Medical Services Chief Jerry Dobbs, who was instrumental in the formation of the community’s rescue squad a decade ago, was feted and lightly roasted at a retirement dinner Saturday.
Dobbs and his wife, Carmen, were the guests of honor at the celebration held at Tattle Tales in Elcho.
