Woman wearing plastic bag, later wigged out, prompted police call

According to news reports, a woman who was wearing a white plastic bag and later was "wigging out" declined any medical care when police were called. Early in the day, the woman was hitchhiking on Highway 45 south of town, when police picked her up and took her to the Safety Building where a family member came and retrieved her. Then later on, the family called police for help and said the woman was wigging out and eating napkins. The family didn't want to leave the woman in charge of her three children. When asked, the woman would not get any medical care. Police think she may have ingested an unknown substance.
