$5,000 bail for man cited for eighth OWI

Bail has been set at $5,000 cash for an Antigo man arrested this past weekend for his eighth offense of driving while intoxicated. Timothy L. Miller, 47, of 933 Sixth Ave. was nabbed on the charge — a felony — after his vehicle drifted across the center line and nearly struck an oncoming Antigo Police Department squad car.
