$5,000 bail for Antigo man cited in bottle attack at bar

Calling it a “completely unprovoked attack,” District Attorney Ralph Uttke recommended Monday that an Antigo man be held on a $5,000 cash bond on charges he struck a fellow bar patron over the head with a liquor bottle. Langlade County Judge Fred Kawalski agreed, setting bail for Bernard J. Mueller, 48, of 235 Deleglise St. in that amount on charges of aggravated battery and disorderly conduct.
