Antigo sex offender accused of inappropriate contact with kids

An Antigo man, who is a convicted sex offender, is accused of having contact with young kids at a local fishing area. The 57 year old man is being charged with disorderly conduct and more charges are likely to be filed. The man denied having contact with the children, although it was reported that he was touching and hugging them to the point where at least one of the children felt uncomfortable and called a parent. The man left the area when another adult came, but, police were able to locate him at an area business, where he was taken into custody.
