An Antigo man was sentenced to 7 months of jail and 5 years of extended supervision for selling heroin to an informant last year.
Kenneth Rockstroh of County Highway F, age 60, will also have to maintain absolute sobriety during his supervision.
Along with the sales, there was drugs and drug related items found at his home when it was searched. Some of the items recovered were needles (both used and unused), torches, tourniquets, a scale and other items used as paraphernalia. Information in the criminal complaint indicates that the heroin came from sources in Milwaukee. Two others are also charged in connection with this case.
Daniel Walton of Rabe Lane in Bryant, age 43, received a probation term of 2 years for bail jumping and possession of marijuana. Walton received a deferred judgment for 2 years for a felony count of forgery. He will also have to serve 45 days in jail for a misdemeanor charge of theft and obstruction. He and others will be responsible for paying $5,179.68 in restitution from a check that was stolen from a vehicle and cashed fraudulently.
Anna L. Rustick of Tenth Avenue, age 18, received a sentence of 3 days jail time and one year of probation for a a charge of possession of amphetamine, LSD or psilocin. On a tip that a wanted person was at the residence, police searched and found some items that were believed used for smoking "bath salts" and marijuana. One the females at the home did admit to police that salts were being smoked.
