An alleged bath salt user has been charged with second degree recklessly endangering safety and disorderly conduct. He is accused of threatening people with a machete at an Antigo home on County Highway F.
Ryan L. Steinhoff of Willard Avenue, age 30, is facing those charges after an incident where he is accused of making threats to others, stating that he was going to "cutt off some of her fingers until he started getting the money people owed him". He denies that he made any threats and stated that he was using the machete to cut brush. His bond is currently set at $5,000 cash.
Other cases which bond was set for are:
Ricky R. Alexander of Lincoln Street, age 57, received a $1,000 signature bond for a disorderly conduct charge from a family dispute.
Kyle J. Champion of Lincoln Street, age 20, also received a $1,000 signature bond for a second or subsequent offense of possession of marijuana.
Donald A. Smith of Merrill, age 69, received a $750 cash bond for a second offense of operating while intoxicated, failure to install an ignition interlock device and driving with a revoked license.
A $500 cash bond was ordered for Paul W. Schaffer of Redgranite, age 27, for a second offense of operating while intoxicated.
An $850 cash bond was set for Laura C. Hendrickson of North Superior Street, age 29, for a third offense of drunk driving.
