Lights of Love will be noted in Elcho ceremony

For the 20th annual time, residents of the Elcho area will pause during the holidays to remember lost loved ones during the Lights of Love service. The poignant ceremony, now entering its third decade, will have a new location and date this year. It will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday on the sidewalk in front of the Elcho school.
