Interesting menu sparks Summit Lake restaurant

RubyMay’s Cafe, billed as “the jewel of the north,” is open for business. A diner has operated at the intersection of Highway T and Highway 45 north of Summit Lake for decades, but the predecessors have been nothing like the cozy, completely revamped restaurant that now occupies the spot.
