Antigo grad is noted during budget address

Antigo native Jessica Novak got a shout-out from Gov. Scott Walker at Wednesday’s state of the state address. The 2005 Antigo High School graduate was one of four University of Wisconsin medical students involved in the Wisconsin Academy of Rural Medicine, which is receiving a boost in funding under the governor’s proposed budget.
