Langlade County criminal court activity 06.09.2015.
Madison M. Hoffman, 27, of County Road S, failed to appear in court for charges of possessing an illegally obtained prescription, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A warrant with $1,000 cash bond was authorized for her arrest.
Walker J. Jankowski, 21, of Highway 45, failed to appear for a charge of operating while revoked. A warrant was authorized for his arrest.
Shalena D. Messer, 30, of Eagle River was fined $150 plus costs for failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device. A charge of operating while revoked was dismissed.
New charges filed today:
Scot J. Eldridge, 53, of Edison Street, is charged with operating a firearm while intoxicated, second degree recklessly endangering safety, disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping. A cash bond of $2,500 was set in court today during an initial appearance. He is scheduled to return to court on June 15.
Brian R. Becker, 17, of Fred Street, is charged with burglary into a building or dwelling, criminal damage to property and resisting or obstructing an officer. His court date is set for June 22.
Mike S. Dziondziakowski, 17, of Hudson Street, is charged with burglary into a building or dwelling, criminal damage to property and resisting or obstructing an officer. He is scheduled for court on June 22.
