Langlade County criminal court activity 06.02.2015.

Forrest D. Woodward, 20, of White Lake, was sentenced to 45 days jail and two years probation for manufacturing or delivering marijuana. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.

Jacob S. Mcgeshick, 21, of Crandon, received a ten day jail term for misdemeanor bail jumping. He was also fined $100 plus costs for operating without a valid license third offense within three years.

Tyler C. Monrreal, 18, of Lincoln Street, was ordered to serve 60 days in jail and two years probation for manufacturing or delivering marijuana. A one year probation term was ordered for possession of drug paraphernalia. Another charge of manufacturing or delivering marijuana and maintaining a drug trafficking place were dismissed.

New charges filed today:

Joann L. Hahn, 39, of Fourth Avenue, is charged with two counts of forgery and two counts of theft. The offenses happened on May 26. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.

Christie A. Davids, 34, of Lincoln Street, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse. An initial appearance is scheduled for June 8.

Jeffrey J. Marciniak, 42, of County Road G, is charged with disorderly conduct, which occurred on May 22. His next court appearance is set for June 15.

In a separate case, also filed today, Jeffrey Marciniak is charged with operating while revoked. He remains jailed with an $8,000 cash bond for other open cases.
