Woman linked to undercover 'salt' sale faces local charges

A second person has been charged in connection with the local sale of a highly-problematic drug known as bath salts. Ashleigh P. Kinney, 27, of 217 1/2 Deleglise St. was charged in Langlade County Circuit Court Monday with two counds of distributing a hazardous substance for her part in a pair of alleged transactions at an Antigo home this spring.
