A Green Bay woman has been turned over to local officials to face prosecution for twice stealing gasoline from a Phlox area service station.
The first incident occurred in August and the second just this past weekend, totaling a loss of nearly $100. She was caught when the owner of Kuhr’s Kountry Store obtained the fleeing vehicle’s license plate number.
