Warrants issued for failure to pay fines

The Judge issued a few warrants for non-payment of fines. A few new cases were also filed.

Cristen L. Roberts of Pickerel, 22, has a warrant for her arrest with 20 days jail time ordered for non payment of a fine for resisting or obstructing an officer.

Sarah J. Maddix of White Lake, 31, has a warrant her for her arrest with 5 days jail time for a second offense of operating while intoxicated.

Edward B. Socha of Bowler, 24, had a warrant authorized for his arrest with 40 days jail time for causing injury while operating while intoxicated and felony bail jumping.

New cases filed today:

Timothy M. Rice of Second Avenue, 40, was charged with burglary into a building or dwelling and felony bail jumping. The incidents occurred on 11/08/2013. An initial appearance is scheduled for April 28.

George A. Packard of Mapleview road, 48, was charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, which occurred on 02/27/2014. He paid $300 for bond in February. An initial appearance is set for April 7.
