The Wolf River Lodge property, which sprawls along a section of the wild waterway north of Langlade, will remain intact, but its venerable lodge will not.
On the eve of an open house designed to spur sales of individual pieces of the property, the nearby Silver Birch Ranch sealed a deal to purchase the 11-acre complex and keep it intact for future generations.
