The United Steelworkers (USW) and KPS Capital Partners have reached agreement on a new, four-year labor contracts with three local collective bargaining units.
The agreements are a critical step toward the finalization of the purchase agreement between KPS and the former owners of Thilmany plants in the Fox Valley and Wausau Paper Company mills in Mosinee and Rhinelander.
