Two people charged with drunk driving

According to news reports, two people have been charged with operating while intoxicated early on Thanksgiving morning. A 57 year old woman was tracked down after police found debris from her vehicle at the intersection of Highway 45 and 64, from hitting the traffic lights, rendering them inoperable. She tested over 0.08 on sobriety. This was her first offense of drunk driving, she was also charged with hit and run property damage. A 26 year old man was found by officers sleeping in a vehicle on Morse Street and Fifth Avenue around 2:17am. He was arrested for a second offense of operating while intoxicated.
