Formal charges have been filed in Langlade County Circuit Court against an area pair arrested last week after they allegedly attempted to retrieve a parcel of bath salts, a synthetic drug, sent to them through the U.S. mail.
Travis A. Howard, 28, of N989 Elmhurst Road and Laura J. Kelly, 28, of N1147 Summer Street in Aniwa, have both posted bail to earn their freedom in the case — Howard, a $2,500 cash bond and Kelly, $750 cash — and were back in court on Monday.
