Alcohol proved troublesome not for the driver, but a passenger of a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation at Fifth Avenue and Fulton Street at about 2:40 a.m. today.
Antigo police arrested the 44-year old man on a felony count of bail jumping after a records check revealed he was out of custody on bond with a stipulation that he not consume alcohol. A preliminary breath test indicated a blood alcohol reading of .20 percent, more than twice the limit considered legal evidence of intoxication.
